Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from M.E. Marine & Dive Supply. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving or purchasing your order.
To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition in which it was received, with original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories when applicable. Proof of purchase may be required.
Before mailing any return, please contact M.E. Marine & Dive Supply so we can provide return instructions. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Some products available through our online store are shipped directly by third-party suppliers. Returns for these products may require different return instructions or may need to be sent directly to the supplier. Please contact us before returning any supplier-shipped item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or the return is otherwise the result of an error by M.E. Marine & Dive Supply or one of our fulfillment partners.
Certain items may not be eligible for return for health, safety, sanitary, or other reasons. This may include used personal equipment, opened consumable products, customized or special-order merchandise, gift cards, and items marked final sale.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photos of the product and packaging may be requested.
Refunds
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error on our part.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment.
